The White Game
I am a puzzle addict
Always Solving pieces of you
I want to put it together
and frame it
but the patterns always change
In a prism state of mind
when the lights flash my way
Shine a different shade each time
and your shadows-
Like a galaxy
in milky way-velength
Sound your jukebox my dear
I'm always ready for a surprise
Forever playing your game
with all my white willing heart.

Unwritten
The poem unwritten
are the kisses we missed
when fear
meets pen and paper
ink unspilled
tongue untwisted
as mind retracts in doubt
Overthinking
over-processig
brain strain exercise
Hands we couldn't hold
playing this game
of love-rhyme-romance
Prospecting
your thoughts and mine
which words to choose
what rhetoric device ...

The Thief That Got Away
She wears a fur coat
how it lined her dainty shoulders
beige and speckled brown
a little ragged from the dirt
Soft
and nimble steps
bold
but careful stride
swift
a decisive walk
And with all eyes on her...
Up the display
looks into the butcher's eyes
No words
but a meow
paws
on glasses a splay
Those round, hungry eyes...!
So sweet!
Yet so coy! ...

No big deal of a few molars
In the end we all rot the same

Stubborn Soldier
So tell me,
How does it feel to be ripped of your pride?
The power that defined your stride,
Now, that you've lost your government tag?
The only source of delighted brag?
There wasn't much from the beginning,
Was there?
Arrogance, such depth in personality,
Was there?
I now say farewell,
as you break, oh well.
With all those righteous lies you've tormented me with,
To karma, I left, to handle you with.
Now, you sit in your ragged chair,
no longer a...

My Waterpark
Like benzyl peroxide in a stagnant body of water
liquids pooled up in these cables
forming knots in my hose
And there's piss everywhere
guess these kiddos were never taught
where to do their business outside
Everybody body-dipping, in and out
diluting pieces of the mind
leaving dead flesh, they never washed
What a paradox
how this Waterpark seems so unclean
the efforts in vain
Stalling in hotdog shops
taking drinks in between breaks
When will I take this plunge?

Peanutbutter-Jelly Whims
Don't stretch yourself too thin,
when their chunky peanutbutter
have nothing better
than to see how far you go.
As they try
to spread their roach infested,
mal-intended slurs,
not even a flutter.
A weight to carry
piling jam so high,
watch as they bend
within the gravity inside.

Is Internet Actually a Ploy to Better Control Our Minds?
Useful it is
information we (they) receive.
Recipes to better perceive--
hooligans dancing in the wild
pranks and riches
catch-phrases, clickbaits, n' cats!
All nicely wrapped and served to us
with a hearty dose of blue-ray.
Pornography to jade our mind
days, nights and even in the afternoons!
How much will it take?
Our mental stamina,
your bodies to neglect,
families we forget,
have you even eaten yet?
24, 48, 72, all those hours on the grind--
just wish there's no need for...
